- Estate Agents Memorandum of Sale received
- Title deeds applied for from Lender
- Title Deeds and supporting documents received
- Draft contract prepared and sent to buyers solicitors
- Enquires from Buyers solicitors received
- Reply to Buyers solicitors enquiries
- Obtain responses to Buyers enquires from Freeholder ( if Leasehold)
- Signed contract held
- Contracts exchanged
- Obtain redemption statement of current mortgage (if any)
- Completion date and redeem current mortgage (if any)
